Your date is officially reserved once your signed contractual agreement and non-refundable retainer fee are received. All reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
What is included in the venue rental?
Our all-inclusive venue rental includes elegant indoor and outdoor event spaces, crystal chandeliers, soft ceiling draping, customizable uplighting, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, chargers, dressing wedding party suites, setup, breakdown, and many additional amenities designed to simplify your planning experience.
How long is the venue rental?
Our full-day wedding rental includes up to 12 hours of venue access, allowing plenty of time for setup, getting ready, your ceremony, reception, and cleanup.
Do you offer weekday weddings?
Yes! We offer Monday through Thursday weddings and special events, subject to availability.

How many guests can Chandelier Event Venue accommodate?
We comfortably accommodate up to 150 seated guests for dinner and up to 180 guests for cocktail-style receptions.
Do you have indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces?
Yes! Couples may choose between our elegant indoor ceremony room or our beautifully landscaped outdoor garden ceremony area featuring lush greenery, winding white wisteria, a mature mimosa tree, and charming courtyard spaces.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for you and your guests.
Do you provide tables and chairs? Do you provide centerpieces?
Yes. We provide tables, indoor white Chiavari chairs, outdoor mahogany Chiavari chairs, and much more as part of your venue experience. Centerpieces are provided by the client or the florist/decorator. Chandelier Event Venue does NOT provide centerpieces.
Is china, flatware, and barware included?
Absolutely. We include elegant china, flatware, glassware, and charger plates, helping couples save thousands compared to renting these items separately.

Is catering included?
Yes. Chandelier Event Venue is proud to offer chef-led, in-house catering prepared by our Executive Chef. Our menus are thoughtfully crafted using quality ingredients and customized to fit your celebration.
Can we bring our own caterer?
No. To maintain our quality standards and food safety, all food is prepared exclusively by our in-house culinary team.
Do you provide alcohol?
Yes. We offer professionally managed bar packages designed to complement your celebration while providing exceptional guest service.
How long is the open bar?
Our standard open bar service is up to four hours, creating a wonderful guest experience while encouraging a comfortable, well-paced celebration. We DO NOT offer cash bar.

Do I need a wedding planner?
Yes. At minimum, we require a qualified Day-of Wedding Planner to ensure your ceremony, reception, timeline, and vendor coordination run smoothly so you can fully enjoy your day. Planners must have an active website and at least 10, 5 star reviews.
Do you have dressing suites?
Yes. We offer two spacious private suites where each wedding party can comfortably prepare before the ceremony.
Can we decorate the venue?
Yes. Couples are welcome to personalize their wedding while following our venue guidelines. Certain décor installations are completed exclusively by our venue team to ensure safety and preserve the integrity of our space.
Do you host rehearsals?
We include a one-hour rehearsal for full-day wedding rentals, scheduled based on venue availability.
