**What is a production fee? Covers behind-the-scenes labor, logistics, operational costs involved in prepping, transporting, and executing services – beyond the cost of ingredients. It includes a portion of labor of all team members, equipment, breakage of equipment etc. Typically this is 15-20% of the overall bill.

Events may begin as early as 9:00 AM and conclude by 10:00 PM. Hourly rentals are purchased by the hour with a minimum of 5 hours.

Important Notes
We rent by the hour for private events! A 5-hour minimum is required. Additional hours can be added for setup and breakdown if your vendors (florists, decorators, etc.) need more time.
**Weddings & Reception only must be full day rentals. Weddings and receptions require setup, vendor load-in, breakdown, and cleanup—hourly rentals can’t support the full flow. If your event is simple with minimal décor, one of your hours can be used for setup, counting toward the 5-hour minimum.

What types of private events can Chandelier host?
Chandelier Event Venue hosts birthdays, graduations, quinceañeras, bar and bat mitzvahs, holiday parties, corporate events, intimate dinners, and other special celebrations in Cary. We proudly serve the Raleigh-Durham area.
From chef-prepared catering and bar service to included tables, chairs, china, and glassware, Chandelier makes hosting your event simple. Our team also manages the setup and breakdown of all Chandelier-provided items.

How many guests can Chandelier accommodate?
Chandelier can accommodate up to 150 guests for private celebrations and up to 140 guests for corporate events. Capacity may vary depending on your preferred layout and event details.
Can we rent Chandelier by the hour for a wedding?
No. Hourly rentals are reserved for private and corporate events. Weddings require a dedicated wedding rental. This is due to additional venue access, preparation, vendor coordination, setup, ceremony and reception time, and breakdown. Our wedding rental provides the time and support needed for a seamless celebration.
Is catering included with the venue?
All catering is provided in-house and prepared fresh under the direction of Executive Chef John Ford. Food packages are priced per person, and minimums apply based on the event day.
Can we bring outside food or alcohol?
Outside food and alcohol are not permitted. Chandelier provides all catering and bar services in-house for a seamless, full-service event experience.
Does Chandelier handle setup and breakdown?
Our team handles the setup and breakdown of Chandelier-provided items. Please note that all setup time must take place within your contracted rental hours.
What amenities are included?
Private event rentals include white Chiavari chairs, tables, china, flatware, glassware, gold or silver chargers, elegant draping, uplighting, a microphone and stereo system, two private dressing suites, a custom cake stand, complimentary cake cutting, and free on-site parking.
Are linens included?
Polyester linens are available as an optional add-on. You may also provide your own linens.
Does Chandelier have outdoor event space?
Yes. Guests can enjoy our 4,000-square-foot Wisteria Terrace and Garden Courtyard, along with our elegant indoor event space.
Is there a minimum rental time?
Yes. Private and corporate events require a five-hour minimum rental. Hourly rates and food-and-beverage minimums vary depending on the day.
How do we reserve our event date?
A $2,500 retainer secures your date, venue, in-house catering, bar services, and any optional planning services you select.
