What kind of events can be held at Chandelier?

We love events and welcome them all such as weddings, corporate events, Sweet 16 Birthday parties, Retirement Parties, Graduation Parties, Proms, Bar & Bat Mitzvah’s

What forms of payment do you take?

We take cash, check and Credit Card (MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS)

Is there a cleaning fee?

No. However, any damage or behavior that results in specialized cleaning or maintenance will result in additional fees.

What is the maximum capacity?

Chandlier’s maximum capacity is 300. Our French Empire room sits up to 200 guests and the Crown Royal room can seat and additional 100 guests.

Is there a deposit to secure your date?

Yes, booking the venue requires a 50% deposit to secure your date.

Can I use any vendors?

We do have a preferred vendor list of vendors that we know and trust to provide a level of service that matches the Chandlier vision. However, you may choose to hire a vendor that is not on our list – they must be approved by John & Natasha Ford.

Are there any décor restrictions?

No hanging of décor with nails, tape or wire. Open candles must be in glass containers. No confetti, rice or bird seed. We will charge $250 fee to your card if we need to repaint and caulk the walls.

Can I use a caterer of my choice?

The vision to open Chandelier stemmed from the success of our award-winning catering company, Fords Fluent N’ Food Catering. We highly encourage clients to book FFF as their caterer for delicious food that will wow your guests!

FFF also provides their Chandelier clients with sparkling wine and snacks in their dressing suites. However, we do also allow outside caterers so long as they are full-service, licensed, and insured, and approved by John & Natasha Ford.

Can I supply my own alcohol?

Due to liability issues, all alcohol must be provided through Chandelier and is subject to all federal and state rules and regulations. We offer several fantastic bar packages designed to fit your style and budget!
