Do you have parking?
Yes, we have ample parking to accommodate 200 guests
What kind of events can be held at Chandelier?
We love events and welcome them all such as weddings, corporate events, Sweet 16 Birthday parties, Retirement Parties, Graduation Parties, Proms, Bar & Bat Mitzvah’s
What forms of payment do you take?
We take cash, check and Credit Card (MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS)
Is there a cleanup fee?
Yes, we do charge a $350.00 cleanup fee
What is the maximum capacity?
We can hold up to 200 people
Is there a deposit to secure your date?
Yes, we require a flat-rate to book catering and venue because we do hold off-site catering and only do a certain amount of events per day.
Can I use any vendors?
Catering must be executed by Fords Fluent N’ Food Catering. We do have a preferred vendor list, but you may absolutely bring in your own professional wedding vendors. Wedding planners must be approved by Chandelier.
Are there any décor restrictions?
No hanging of décor with nails, tape or wire. Open candles must be in glass containers. No confetti, rice or bird seed.
Can I bring in outside food and drink?
No, Fords Fluent N’ Food is a licensed and insured company. All food and drink must be handled by Fords Fluent N’ Food Catering.
Can I supply my own alcohol?
Due to liability issues, Chandelier must handle all alcohol.
What’s included in my rental?
- Tables (200 guests)

- Bridal & Groom Suite snacks and champagne
- Ample Parking
- Use of facility from 12 PM to 10 PM – however all guests must exit the building by 10 PM.
