($4,500 Food & Beverage minimum applies)

$750.00 / hr

Pricing Does Not Include:
- Production Fee, Cleaning Fee, Gratuity, or Taxes
**What is a production fee? Covers behind-the-scenes labor, logistics, operational costs involved in prepping, transporting, and executing services – beyond the cost of ingredients. It includes a portion of labor of all team members, equipment, breakage of equipment etc. Typically this is 15-20% of the overall bill.
Hours:
Events may begin as early as 9:00 AM and conclude by 10:00 PM. Hourly rentals are purchased by the hour with a minimum of 5 hours.

Important Notes
We rent by the hour for private events! A 5-hour minimum is required. Additional hours can be added for setup and breakdown if your vendors (florists, decorators, etc.) need more time.
**Weddings & Reception only must be full day rentals. Weddings and receptions require setup, vendor load-in, breakdown, and cleanup—hourly rentals can’t support the full flow. If your event is simple with minimal décor, one of your hours can be used for setup, counting toward the 5-hour minimum.
