There are Food & Beverage minimums that must be met for all events—please be sure to ask us about those when inquiring!

Outside catering is not permitted, as we proudly hold all necessary licenses and insurances, and are regularly inspected by the Department of Health & Human Services to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

Our pricing depends on several key factors:

The best way to manage your budget is to control your guest count.

Weddings at Chandelier for 100 guests or fewer typically range between $17,000 – $20,000ish. This range can vary based on your catering menu, bar package, and any add-ons you select. **Varies on guest count + menus + applicable fees. Outside Vendors such as Photography, DJ, Baker are handled by you as the client.

For reference, the average cost of a wedding is around $35,000— $40,000 but most venues don’t include everything we do such as China, Barware, Lighting, Light Decor and many other great amenities. With us, you get so much more value, which often means you’ll spend less here than elsewhere. That’s a fact!

Special Events (for 100 guests or fewer) generally range between $9,000 – $14,000, depending on menus, guest count, and other details.

Keep in mind:
➤ The more guests you have, the more you’ll spend on taxes, centerpieces, food, and more.
➤ To stay within your budget, we always recommend keeping your guest count to 100 or fewer.

We offer ample and free parking right in front of the building, making it convenient for your guests!

With over 100 parking spaces across the front, side, and overflow areas, you can rest assured that everyone will have a place to park. No dirt, no gravel, no grass, no hills….. no problem!

Cleaning Fee

Please note, we do charge a cleaning fee for all events.

This fee helps ensure the venue is maintained to the highest standards and ready for your event.

Guest Capacity & Layouts

At Chandelier Event Venue , we can accommodate:
➤ Up to 150 seated guests
➤ Up to 180 guests for standing cocktail events

Please note: For guest counts over 110, we refer to our “Runway Layout”. We also create custom floorplans for every event—please inquire for more details on layouts.

Booking & Payment Information

To book Chandelier, the catering & bar package is a flat rate of $3,000.

Retainer Fees are non-refundable. Once you lock in your date, we stop booking that day, so it’s important to choose your date with exact certainty. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and this is standard in the wedding industry.

Payments are broken up into three installments to make it easier for you:

1. Retainer Fee – $3,000 (officially locks in your date)
2. Shine Bright Middle Payment – $3,000 (due 4 months before the contracted date)**tasting to be scheduled at this payment date!
3. Final Payment – Due 30 days prior to your big day (note: a final walkthrough will take place at the 35-day mark to confirm final guest numbers and menu choices)

At Chandelier, we believe in FULL TRANSPARENCY, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect every step of the way.

At Chandelier, we have a preferred vendor list of trusted professionals who deliver a level of service that aligns with our vision and commitment to customer excellence.

However, if you choose to hire a vendor not on our list, we do ask that you provide their details so we can ensure they meet our standards and are familiar with the venue.

Catering is handled through our sister company, Fords Fluent N’ Food.

We offer a wide range of diverse and delicious menus, setting us apart from cookie-cutter caterers.

We take pride in stepping outside the boundaries of traditional catering to create unique culinary experiences for your event.

No hanging of décor with nails, tape, or wire. Open candles must be in glass containers. No confetti, rice, or birdseed. For any violations, the damage deposit will be forfeited.

Catering & Cuisine

The vision behind Chandelier Event Venue came from the success of our award-winning catering company, Ford’s Fluent N’ Food Catering, which provided catering services for years before the venue’s opening.

Fluent N’ Food Catering is our required caterer. We guarantee that Chef John, a classically trained chef, will wow your guests with his amazing and delicious cuisine. Our menus feature dishes from around the world, with Soul, Southern, Latin, and Caribbean being some of the most popular options.

We pride ourselves on serving fresh, hot food—prepared right out of the ovens and fryers, never hotboxed. And having both an on-site bar and caterer makes the entire event experience smoother for you!

Not to mention, why would you want to spend money on  renting China. Every individual piece of China AND Barware you have to rent. You can’t just rent 1 wine glass or 1 cocktail glass. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Chandelier offers to many perks – the savings are endless.

Please note, we do have a Food & Beverage minimum that must be met, and outside catering is not permitted. We are Health-Inspected by the Department of Health & Human Services, ensuring top quality and safety.

Bar Services

We are ABC licensed, which means all alcohol must be provided through Chandelier and is subject to all federal and state rules and regulations. We offer a range of fantastic bar packages designed to suit both your style and budget!

Please note, we do not offer a cash bar. We only provide an open bar, with a 4-hour minimum.

Why We Don’t Offer Hourly Rentals for Reception-Only Weddings

At Chandelier, we specialize in full-scale wedding experiences—not quick flips. Weddings are layered productions that require extensive setup, coordination, and vendor collaboration long before the music plays or the first plate is served.

Reception-only bookings often underestimate the backend time and logistics involved—from floral installs to lighting, catering prep to sound checks. Our team, and your vendors, need adequate access and time to deliver the elevated experience you deserve.

For that reason, we do not offer hourly rentals for weddings. We believe your celebration should be seamless, not squeezed.

Wedding Planning Made Simple

To start planning your wedding, set a realistic budget and create your guest list—these will guide most of your decisions and help you stay on track.

Next, choose a date and venue that align with your vision for the big day, and be sure to book key vendors (like planners, photographers, florists) well in advance to secure your top choices.

Personalize the details—from your invitations to decor—so everything reflects your unique relationship. Stay organized with a timeline or checklist to keep everything running smoothly, and before you know it, you’ll be celebrating!

One of the best tips I can give? Hire the venue’s in-house planner (they know the venue inside and out), or hire a reputable wedding planner with experience. Planners are essential to making sure every little detail is handled. Trust me, there are more details than you probably realize!

To ensure every client’s investment and peace of mind are fully protected, Chandelier Event Venue requires Event Liability and Cancellation Insurance for all weddings & events. This coverage serves as a safeguard should unforeseen circumstances — such as illness, weather disruptions, vendor cancellations or any other reason you may need to cancel — affect your celebration.

Event insurance allows you to recover eligible expenses within your policy’s limits and ensures that, even if the unexpected happens, your financial investment remains protected. Our goal is to give you confidence and security leading up to your event, knowing that both you and your day are covered.
