SPECIAL EVENTS | Hourly Rental (5 Hour Minimum)

 

Important Notes for Weddings/Reception-Only:

  • Weddings/Reception Only must be full-day rentals. It takes several hours for our team, catering, florists, and decorators to set up and transform the space for your big day.

Hourly Event Rentals (Monday – Sunday)

We rent by the hour for special events! A 5-hour minimum is required. Additional hours can be added for setup and breakdown if your vendors (florists, decorators, etc.) need more time.

  • If your event is simple with minimal décor, one of your hours can be used for setup, counting toward the 5-hour minimum.

 

Monday – Thursday

  • $450/hour (5-hour minimum, venue rental only)
  • Food & Beverage Minimum: $3,500
  • Add-on linens available (optional)
  • Food & Alcohol are priced separately per person
  • Full-service staff, gratuity, cleaning fees apply
     We handle all setup & breakdown!

 

Friday

  • $550/hour (5-hour minimum, venue rental only)
  • Food & Beverage Minimum: $4,500
  • Add-on linens available (optional)

Saturday

  • $650/hour (5-hour minimum, venue rental only)

At Chandelier, outside catering is not permissible as we are fully licensed, insured, and inspected by both the Department of Health & Human Services and ALE (Alcohol Law Enforcement).
