SPECIAL EVENTS | Hourly Rental (5 Hour Minimum)
Important Notes for Weddings/Reception-Only:
- Weddings/Reception Only must be full-day rentals. It takes several hours for our team, catering, florists, and decorators to set up and transform the space for your big day.
Hourly Event Rentals (Monday – Sunday)
We rent by the hour for special events! A 5-hour minimum is required. Additional hours can be added for setup and breakdown if your vendors (florists, decorators, etc.) need more time.
- If your event is simple with minimal décor, one of your hours can be used for setup, counting toward the 5-hour minimum.
Monday – Thursday
- $450/hour (5-hour minimum, venue rental only)
- Food & Beverage Minimum: $3,500

At Chandelier, outside catering is not permissible as we are fully licensed, insured, and inspected by both the Department of Health & Human Services and ALE (Alcohol Law Enforcement).
