Special Events are tailored differently. WEDDINGS MUST BE FULL-DAY RENTALS FOR IT TAKES SEVERAL HOURS JUST TO SET UP FOR VENUE/CATERING + FLORISTS & DECORATORS!
- We do rent by the hour!
- We do require at least a 5-hour minimum (additional hours may be purchased for setup).
- We do have a Food & Beverage Minimum for all events needing food/alcohol.

Monday- Thursday Rental
- $450 an hour with a 5-hour minimum.
- Food & Beverage Minimum (Monday-Thursday) = $3500
Friday
- $550 an hour with a 5-hour minimum.
- Food & Beverage Minimum (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) = $4500
Saturday
- $650 an hour with a 5-hour minimum.
- Food & Beverage Minimum (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) = $5500
Sunday
- $500 an hour with a 5-hour minimum.
- Food & Beverage Minimum (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) = $4000

To lock in your date at the beautiful Chandelier, for Venue, Catering & Bar (ABC Licensed) is $2,500.00. We also have the lowest Food & Beverage minimums in the Triangle!
